STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

They are responsive, friendly, responsible, and organized. It has been wonderful to have them on board at our building! I have had a great experience using Nest to manage my property. I had to leave town for a year and Nest was able to find me a tenant, set up cable and internet, and handle any and all maintenance requests I wouldn't know if there ever WERE any, because I didn't have to deal with it!

Steph was great and she and the rest of the team worked very hard to find me a tenant as quickly as possible. We lived in a condo managed by Nest DC for two years, and they were always responsive, friendly, professional and great to work with. Any maintenance issues were promptly resolved, they stayed in regular communication, and there was no hassle.

They also manage the building and do a great job with the building management. We recently moved to another unit in the same building, which is managed by another property management company. The service of the new management company pales in comparison to the service we always got from Nest.

I'm so disappointed that we don't have Nest for our new unit. I know all the issues we are experiencing with our new unit would be resolved if Nest was managing our new condo.

Nest DC manages the renting of my condo. They've rented out my property for 3 years plus. I sleep sound knowing that the staff is taking care of my property and the tenants needs with little disruption to my life.

Communications have been more than satisfactory. My condo always has a tenant. When one tenant leaves Nest DC finds another without delay. I receive video and photos of the condition of the condo each time a tenant leaves. I don't have to fuss with the rules of my building for moving tenants in or out as Nest DC covers everything.

They've provided and facilitated the management of all required DC paperwork leaving me no worries in wondering if I'm doing things in accordance with the local laws and regulations.

Each time my place is advertised the photos are stellar. Their fees are reasonable and commensurate with other companies. I like that they are fair to those who live in my property.

Over the years they've facilitated the repair and replacement of items again with little disruption to my life. I know my property won't fall into disrepair with Nest DC keeping watch and I know they'll make sure the tenant is able to enjoy the property.

I wouldn't couldn't imagine working with anyone else. I could not be happier with their service. They led a thorough tenant search, coordinated communication with my HOA, oversaw a seamless transition for move-in for the tenant.

My particular unit that I was renting needed some TLC before it was ready for renters and they took care of everything.

Highly recommend for owners looking to rent with piece of mind. Prompt and always communicate. Mike Finkelstein and Lydia La Motta are great to work with. I'm enjoying my weekend for the first time in over a month.
